FALLBROOK, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — The County of San Diego is unveiling a special park Wednesday in the heart of Fallbrook, featuring a unique all-wheel skatepark designed as a nod to the community’s avocado-farming roots.

The grand opening of The Village View County Park, located at 831 Fallbrook St., will take place Sept. 3 at 10 a.m. The new 6.8-acre park is tucked just one block west of the Fallbrook Community Center, offering spectacular views of the San Luis Rey River Valley.

The breathtaking scenery is just the beginning, however, as The Village View County Park is stacked with amenities for all to enjoy, including your best fur-buddy.

Small and Large Picnic Areas:
The park will feature both small and large picnic areas, complete with numerous tables to accommodate various gatherings. There are also several water fountains with bottle fillers throughout the park.

An ADA-accessible trail circles the large multipurpose field near the spacious picnic area, perfect for casual strolls or a leisurely jog.

All-Wheel Skatepark with Avocado-Shaped Bowl:
Regarded as the “Avocado Capital of the World” by many, what better way to celebrate Fallbrook’s finest produce than with a skatepark homage?

The all-wheel skatepark, with its avocado-shaped bowl, also features quarter pipes, rails, a volcano and wedge ramps, perfect for first-timers or seasoned skateboarders.

Off-Leash Dog Park:
Located on the south side of the park, sits 18,000 square feet of pure puppy pleasure in the off-leash dog park.
