The biggest names in music, television and beyond descended upon the 2025 BET Awards on Monday, June 9, and brought the heat to the red carpet.
Disney Channel alum Skai Jackson and actor and musician Bow Wow were among the first stars to arrive at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles ahead of host Kevin Hart, who was over the moon about being the showâs emcee.
âIâm truly honored to host the 25th BET Awards and celebrate the cultureâs biggest night,â Hart said in an April press release. âThis year marks the 25th anniversary, and my partners at Hartbeat, BET, and JCE are pulling out all the stops to make it a night to remember. Itâs a Black-Tie affair, and youâre all invited.â
The comedian noted that he loves a celebration, calling the awards show âa chance to reflect, cherish and honor lifeâs unforgettable moments.â
Those moments began on the red carpet as musicians, actors and iconic Black entertainers brought their fashion A-game to the event.
