The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) revealed the shortlist for this year’s Neave Brown Award for Housing – recognising the UK’s best new affordable homes, this week.

Among the projects on the shortlist is the UK’s largest co-housing development (pictured), designed by Bristol studio Barefoot Architects, featuring climate-resilient homes and shared communal spaces.
