By Sphere Trending

Forecasting firm Sphere Trending scouts key trade shows, conferences and various European cities for leading intelligence on the future of home. At Paris Design Week in September, a rethinking of traditional scale brought a fresh perspective, from petite to powerfully oversized.

Bouquets Go Big: Created by multi-disciplinary design team Uchronia, the installation Le Grand Bouquet at the Grand Palais transformed a
simple bouquet of flowers into an oversized installation that complemented the architecture.

Shifting Focus: Maison & Objet’s Designers of the Year, Masquespacio, created a space titled ‘Feel The Shift’ to explore the evolution of home
with boldly scaled furnishings featured throughout, creating impact.

Everyday On Display: These glass display boxes by Hubsch provide the opportunity to celebrate the small things by showcasing meaningful items.

Mini Vase Moment: Sheyn took its signature designs and reduced them in scale for the most recent Maison & Objet, making design even more deliberate.

Portable Goes Petite: An evolution in scale, Lexon has options for portable lighting from small to smaller to smallest.
