Her latest track turns life’s highs, lows, mistakes, and heartbreaks into an empowering anthem of acceptance and self-reclamation
Manila, Philippines – Nadine Lustre has released her new song “10YRS,” an introspective ballad that looks back on a decade of growth, heartbreak, mistakes, self-discovery, and transformation.
Rather than dwelling on the past, “10YRS” embraces every experience, both difficult and beautiful, as essential to becoming the person she is today. The song traces Nadine’s journey toward letting go of what no longer serves her, reclaiming her identity, and looking ahead to what’s next.
The song turns those experiences into a clear-cut affirmation of self-worth, culminating in the realization that healing and growth don’t require perfection. As the lyrics sum it up, “Dance with the chaos like I’m part of it.” It’s simply Nadine embracing life in all its unpredictability while standing tall through it all.
Written by Nadine Lustre, and Rose Caroline Mamonong, with beats and instrumentation by Isagani Palabyab, “10YRS” features violin work by GD Onallices, adding subtle drama to the mix. Its somber, understated production highlights Nadine’s singing in its vulnerable glory: tender, delicate, but beaming with light and life.
“10YRS” is out now on all digital music platforms worldwide via Cool Girl Records.
