EU releases €6.6 billion for members arming Ukraine as seven killed in Kyiv

EU releases €6.6 billion for members arming Ukraine as seven killed in Kyiv thumbnail

European Union countries have agreed to release €6.6 billion from a fund meant to reimburse member states that have  provided arms to Ukraine, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on Friday. At least seven people were killed in Russian strikes on Kyiv earlier in the day, according to local authorities.
