WHITSETT, N.C. — John-Richard has launched a new web platform designed to modernize the brand’s digital storefront.
Released during the April High Point Market, the site was developed in collaboration with Emun to streamline the discovery process for all visitors. This transition provides a more user-centric browsing experience capable of supporting the scale and complexity of the John-Richard catalog.
The new interface, focused on clarity and utility, replaces legacy design elements with a contemporary layout that allows for more intuitive navigation across product categories.
A key priority of the redesign was enhancing the visual experience through high-resolution detail shots. Users can now sort through these images directly from the thumbnail view to see multiple facets of a design at a glance, such as viewing a lamp both on and off or a credenza with doors both open and closed.
In addition, the platform introduces enhanced functionality through an API-driven architecture, providing more powerful search and filtering capabilities. Users are now able to quickly isolate options by color, finish, material and orientation.
This launch is the first step, with a second phase of development coming to introduce AI-assisted search tools featuring synonym recognition and autocorrect. Future updates will focus on streamlining the art collection experience.
