Yolanda Hadid Engaged to Real Estate Developer Randy Kendrick
Yolanda Hadid is entering a new chapter.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum is engaged to real estate developer Randy Kendrick, according to multiple outlets.
E! News has reached out to reps for the couple for comment but hasn’t heard back.
Throughout their time together, Yolanda has done her best to keep her romance with Randy—the founder and CEO of Xebec, as well as CEO of Sandow Lakes Ranch Venture, LLC, and Sandow Lakes Energy Company—out of the spotlight, with the two rarely speaking publicly about their relationship.
Yolanda’s engagement news comes over a year after she quietly ended her relationship with Joseph Jingoli, who she was engaged to in 2024. They initially met in Pennsylvania in 2017, before moving to Texas to build their dream home, which the 62-year-old showed off to Architectural Digest in August 2024.
The reality TV star was previously married to Mohamed Hadid from 1994 to 2000—they share kids Gigi Hadid, 31, Bella Hadid, 29, and Anwar Hadid, 27—as well as David Foster from 2011 to 2017.
Since leaving The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2016, Yolanda has kept much of her focus on her health, navigating her Lyme disease diagnosis with children Bella and Anwar. And the trio have been candid about their health journey, making it their mission to educate the public about the tick-borne illness.
“I always say that we have to turn our mess into a message,” Yolanda told Vogue in 2021. “We’re both convinced that we shouldn’t just use our platforms to post selfies. We also try to use them as amplifiers to give a voice to those who can’t be heard.”

She added, “By sharing the more uncomfortable parts of our lives, we have the power to raise awareness.”
Yolanda has also found that living with Lyme has taught her “patience and dedication.”
“My ‘new normal’ is much slower and more in tune with who I am,” she shared. “I’ve also learned to love my authentic self with all my imperfections.”
