Summer romance just went cross-border.

LIL LEAGUE from EXILE TRIBE teams up with NEX and AA from Thai breakout group BUS because of you i shine for “LOCA”, a tropical pop track built for late-night drives, heatwave tension, and the rush of a summer romance you probably shouldn’t fall into.

Built around the image of a fiery, irresistible woman, “LOCA” rides on vibrant tropical rhythms while capturing the intensity of summer love in a southern resort setting. The track marks LIL LEAGUE from EXILE TRIBE’s first-ever featuring collaboration, blending predominantly English lyrics with BUS because of you i shine members NEX and AA taking on Japanese vocals for the first time.

With a rapidly growing popularity across Asia, BUS because of you i shine has emerged as one of Thailand’s fastest-rising boy groups. “LOCA” brings together two young acts expanding their reach beyond their home markets through a cross-border summer collaboration.

The song also brings together an international songwriting lineup, with contributions from EXILE SHOKICHI alongside RICO GREENE (Netherlands), GASTON (Malaysia), and KOHKI (U.S.), resulting in a global pop track shaped across multiple countries and influences.

The music video for “LOCA” was filmed in the tropical resort city of Pattaya, Thailand, unfolding around a symbolic mysterious woman who captures the attention of the LIL LEAGUE from EXILE TRIBE members. Alongside the romantic storyline, the video also highlights moments of friendship and carefree summer energy, as the members meet NEX and AA, who work at a local café, and spend the season together under the heat of the Thai coast.

“LOCA” will be included as one side of LIL LEAGUE from EXILE TRIBE’s upcoming double A-side single release.

Bringing together Japanese and Thai pop sensibilities, multilingual vocals and an international creative team, “LOCA” feels less like a one-off collaboration and more like a snapshot of where Asian pop is heading next.
