Southern California surfers earn Challenger Series spots, claim regional title thumbnail

San Diegans Ella McCaffray, Lucas Owston and Eden Walla, as well as Orange County’s Luke Guinaldo and Barbados’ own Josh Burke, locked in 2026 Challenger Series (CS) spots during the Quarterfinal round at the World Surf League (WSL) Barbados Surf Pro, while Taj Lindblad from San Clemente officially won the 2025/2026 North America Qualifying Series (QS) men’s season.
