The Jock and Belle Show has lost one of its titular stars.

Belle—whose playful antics with her husband of 62 years Jock garnered over 2 million followers on their joint TikTok account—died on Sept. 12 after a “natural progression of disease with dementia,” according to her granddaughter Christina.

“Our ‘top of the line’ gram is no longer here,” Christina, who helped run the Jock and Belle Show’s various social media channels, tearfully shared in a Sept. 13 video. “I feel like a part of me has left as well.”

While the family considers Belle’s passing to be an “enormous loss,” Christina said she’s also partly relieved that the matriarch “is not suffering anymore.”

“She really had no quality of life, even though she was my life,” the TikToker shared of her grandmother. “I’m glad that she’s in a better place where she deserves.”

Christina added, “I’m going to miss her greatly.”

Belle and Jock rose to fame last year after Christina began documenting their day-to-day life. Whether they were trying out viral trends or bantering back and forth, the longtime couple quickly won hearts online.

But by this summer, Christina said the family “noticed a steady decline” in Belle’s physical mobility as well as her mental aptitude. The influencer underwent evaluation for dementia as a result.

“Unfortunately, she can’t walk anymore,” Christina shared during a Q&A in August. “We did, as a family, elect to bring in hospice for gram.”

In early September, Christina said that Belle was “no longer eating.”

“We took her favorite snacks and threw them out for the birds,” she wrote on Instagram at the time, “to take them and fly high.”

Now, Christina has what she called an “archive of memories” from Belle immortalized on the internet.

“I just want to thank you for being along for the journey,” she added in a message to fans Sept. 13. “I’m not sure when we’ll post again, if ever, because part of this show is gone.”
