SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — The Savannah Bananas are known for taking over social media, but they will also be taking over the food stands at Petco Park.
On Friday and Saturday, the entertaining baseball team will be bringing their flair and imagination to the Padres home stadium.
To celebrate the spirit of the Bananas, there will be a variety of creative menu items offered during the games:
- Adobada Plantain Chip Nacho
Tortilla and plantain chips topped with queso, pork adobada, avocado salsa, grilled pineapple and onion.

Stracciatella, prosciutto, grilled peaches, pistachio, hot honey and sliced Fresno peppers.

Soft serve, banana, whipped cream, chocolate and strawberry sauces, and a cherry on top.

A dessert roll filled with banana, chocolate, hazelnut, mazapan butter and topped with horchata whipped crème.
