See Julia Roberts and Husband Danny Moder’s Rare Red Carpet Date Night

Julia Roberts definitely didn’t want to run away from this red carpet.

Especially because the Runaway Bride star had a very special guest join her at the 2025 Venice Film Festival: husband Danny Moder. And it was a rare outing for the two, who were last on a red carpet together in 2020. 

The couple—who share twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, 20, and Henry, 18—were on hand Aug. 29 for the Venice premiere of Julia’s latest film, director Luca Guadagnino’s After the Hunt. 

Julia, 57, swapped out her Luca-emblazoned cardigan for a long-sleeved black gown, featuring a diamond pattern and accessorized with long diamond earrings, a bracelet and a ring. Danny, 56, kept it classic in a black suit, paired with a striped green and blue tie. And true to his profession as a cinematographer, he was recording the action on his iPhone. 

And after 23 years together, Julia is thankful to have Danny’s love, especially as the Pretty Woman actress credits him with being the key to her “lustrous youth.”
