Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar called on European countries to support infrastructure projects for the return of Syrians in Europe. Turkey, Qatar, Azerbaijan and Syria are supporting a project that will provide electricity to 5 million households in Aleppo.
