PHIVOLCS issues tsunami warning in coastal areas following Russia quake

Coastal areas in eastern side of the country fronting the Pacific Ocean are expected to experience tsunami of less than one meter, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology warned Thursday following a magnitude 8.7 earthquake off Russian coast.
