Katie Holmes Shares Rare Glimpse Into Romance With Jason Bard Yarmosky
Katie Holmes’ romance is seriously en pointe.
The Dawson’s Creek alum proved she and boyfriend Jason Bard Yarmosky still have the sweetest love connection as they enjoyed a date night at New York City’s Lincoln Center for the American Ballet Theatre fall gala honoring Cynthia Erivo Oct. 29. The two kept close on the red carpet, holding hands as they posed for photos.
Holmes looked lovely in a silky, long-sleeved dark green gown that elongated her torso with a drop-waist. The 47-year-old kept her hair pulled back in a bun for the evening and completed her look with dangling earrings and a black bag. Yarmosky looked equally dashing, wearing a dark, double-breasted suit over a black shirt, which perfectly complemented his better half.
The couple first sparked romance rumors in July when Holmes stepped out hand-in-hand with the artist at a screening of Olivia Wilde’s The Invite in the Hamptons, New York.
They confirmed their relationship less than a week later, making their first official appearance at a Ferragamo event—even donning matching navy looks for the occasion.
Although, Holmes played it coy at the time on their matching looks, telling Elle, “I think we just have similar taste.”
And once Yarmosky hard-launched their romance on Instagram in August, Holmes had no qualms with making her love for him public knowledge, posting a sweet photo of the two sharing an embrace from his 39th birthday party. She captioned the pic, “Happy Birthday to the best of the best…@jasonbardyarmosky.”

While Holmes—who shares daughter Suri, 20, with ex-husband Tom Cruise—has been open about her love story with Yarmosky, it certainly took her some time to feel comfortable with putting the spotlight on her private life.
“Obviously, as a public person, I’ve gotten a lot of attention at different periods in my life,” she explained to InStyle in 2022. “And when you have a lot of attention, sometimes you don’t want to leave the house because it’s just too much. You can get consumed by what people think, but suddenly you just decide to do things on your own terms.”
Thankfully, she learned what worked best for herself, adding, “I feel like I’m finally figuring that out.”
