NEW YORK – Dallas is getting a double dose of Italian luxury as fine linens houses Sferra and Pratesi open stores in one of the city’s wealthiest residential enclaves.

Both are opening boutiques at The Plaza at Preston Center, one of Dallas’s most iconic destinations for luxury retail and refined dining.

For Pratesi – which was acquired by Sferra in November 2020 – the new store follows recent expansions in Palm Beach, New York, South Coast Plaza, Paris, and Boston. The Dallas Sferra store opening marks the brand’s first location outside of New York City.

“Dallas is a city that takes its homes seriously; there is a genuine culture of investing in how you live,” said Michelle Klein, CEO of Pratesi and president/CEO of Sferra Fine Linens.

Pratesi’s Dallas boutique will also serve as a hub for the interior design community, offering an invitation to explore Pratesi’s signature linens collections as well as its bespoke program – a service that allows designers and clients to collaborate on custom-made linens. The  program accommodates projects for private residences, yachts, and aviation craft.

The Sferra store, opening in November, will offer a full range of luxury bedding, down, bath linens, table linens, decorative accessories, and seasonal collections. The space will host special events throughout the holiday season to introduce the Dallas design community and clients to Sferra’s heritage of Italian artistry and American innovation.
