Isabella Jones will always hold Presley Gerber in her heart.
Nearly three weeks after Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber’s son tragically died at the age of 27, his ex-girlfriend shared a touching tribute.
“My sweet presley,” Isabella wrote in an Oct. 9 Instagram post. “i will miss you for the rest of my life.”
The influencer looked back at her special bond with Presley, sharing photos and videos from their time together.
Among the slides in Isabella’s carousel were pics of the former couple looking lovingly into each other’s eyes, cuddling on the couch together and sharing an embrace while in a kitchen.
Other happy memories the 27-year-old featured were moments where Presley was laughing joyfully.
On Sept. 20, Presley—whose sister was Kaia Gerber—died of a suspected overdose inside a rehab facility in Los Angeles. An investigation into his death is still ongoing.
Isabella is just one of Presley’s ex-girlfriends who have paid tribute to the model following his heartbreaking death.
In her Sept. 22 Instagram post, Lexi Wood—who dated Presley in 2022—highlighted how he was candid about his struggles with addiction and mental health.
“He fought so hard for his life and he was brave enough to be open about that fight,” the Summer House alum wrote at the time. “More than anything, he wanted to use his story to help other people, and he did.”
Similarly, Presley’s ex Cameron Rorrison honored him on her Instagram Stories Sept. 26, sharing his “amazing” quality of “his unique way of making every person, no matter who, feel as brilliant and important as the next.”
“He was an angel in this life,” Cameron added, “and will be in the next.”
