For many Filipinos, Korea begins as a dream destination. For others, it is already a place  filled with memories. But whether it is your first trip to Korea or your next one, there is  always something new to discover.

Tara sa Korea! will take place on October 3–4, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday), at the SM  Megamall Mega Fashion Hall. The two-day event will bring together practical travel  information, trusted travel partners, immersive Korean experiences, and other fun activities  to help Filipinos plan their next Korea adventure.

It always starts with a simple thought: “Gusto kong pumunta sa Korea.” But between  dreaming about the trip and actually booking one are many questions about visas, finances,  flights, travel packages, and what to expect upon arrival.

Tara sa Korea! Brings these essentials together in one experiential event- helping Filipinos  move from “Gusto kong pumunta sa Koreato “Tara, Korea na!” while inspiring those who  have already visited to say: “Babalik ako ulit sa Korea!” The event aims to turn uncertainty  into confidence and help Filipinos say: “Ready na akong bumiyahe sa Korea!”

Through three experience zones—PREPARE, DEPART, and ARRIVE—visitors can explore the  stages of planning a trip to Korea while gaining the information and inspiration they need  to make their travel plans a reality and make their journey more exciting.

ZONE 1: PREPARE

Start your Korea trip with confidence.

The journey begins with preparation. Visitors can learn more about the requirements and  process involved in securing a Korean visa with the Korea Visa Application Center (KVAC).  As the participating bank partner, BDO will help turn Korea travel plans into reality through  financial guidance, travel-related advice, exclusive discounts, cashback offers, and a Fly  Now, Pay Later facility with 0% installments for up to three months at participating travel  partners, making every Korea trip more affordable and convenient.

Whether traveling solo, as a couple, with friends, or with family, there is always another  destination to discover, another season to experience, another dish to savor, and another  story waiting to unfold in Korea.

ZONE 3: ARRIVE

Experience Korea before you even leave.

The Korea experience does not have to begin at the airport. In the ARRIVE zone, visitors  can get a glimpse of what awaits them in Korea. Guests can savor Korean snacks at the K Food Truck, explore quality beauty products by Kolmar Healthcare Philippines, and  immerse themselves in Korean culture through traditional DIY craft activities presented by  the Korean Cultural Center, which they can take home as a keepsake.

For those who have never been to Korea, these experiences offer a peek at what their first  trip could be. For those who have already visited, this can spark ideas for what to discover  next.

The goal is simple: make that Korea trip happen.

Adding a personal perspective to the travel experience, Tara sa Korea! will also feature  celebrity guests who will share their own Korea travel stories, memories, and  recommendations.
