NORTHBROOK, Ill. – As September football gets underway, Crate & Barrel has unveiled a design-forward NFL-branded home collection, its first entry into licensed sports merchandising.
The initial assortment incorporates design elements from the NFL teams to existing Crate & Barrel and Crate & Kids products that naturally lend themselves to home entertaining and fandom, according to the retailer. The collection centers on glassware and serveware, with additional pieces across textiles, decor and kids, such as a personalized Nod Chair. All 32 NFL teams are featured.
“The assortment was created around the idea that game day is increasingly an at-home hosting occasion, giving fans a way to incorporate team spirit into their spaces while still reflecting their personal style,” a Crate & Barrel spokesperson told HFN.
“The program allows Crate & Barrel to tap into an existing passion point for its customers while also reaching football fans who may be engaging with the brand in a new way,” the spokesperson added.
