Rug brand Ernesta has hired Rohit Bagalkot as vice president of marketing and Kelly Shah as director of inventory planning. Bagalkot joins from Prenuvo, where he served as vice president of marketing, and previously held senior marketing leadership roles at Peloton. Shah joins from Ring Concierge, where she served as senior director of planning, and previously held planning leadership roles at Studs, David Yurman and Macy’s.
Textile company The Swavelle Group has promoted Matt Goldfarb to director of national accounts. In his new role, Goldfarb will work with the company’s sales team to grow and strengthen relationships with key national accounts and the manufacturers that support them.
Radiate Textiles, a converter and importer of decorative upholstery and multipurpose fabrics, has named Kate Gothreau creative director. Gothreau most recently served as vice president of product at Dorell Fabrics, following roles with Williams-Sonoma Inc. and P/Kaufmann Contract.
