Canada’s LightForm, which recently opened a new , now has a dedicated territory manager in Quebec, new sales leadership in the United States, and is relaunching its , Pro.

LightForm, which was founded in 1997 in Edmonton and carries more than 100 brands, opened the new showroom concept in Vancouver last December. It features custom vignettes inspired by home life, designed with dimensions, color, shadow, and texture to show “lighting in action rather than on a shelf,” the company said.

“We craved something new. We wanted to create a showroom that reflected how we envision great lighting and design should look and, more importantly, feel,” said Marketing Manager Grant Matzen in a release. “We wanted it to be more than just a showroom, we wanted it to be a space that feels like an interactive lighting workshop and design community hub — a place to explore ideas, discover new products and connect with the amazing people in the design community.”

The new showroom marks the Canadian debut of , with LightForm Vancouver serving as the brand’s first dedicated partner showroom in the country. The showroom also carries , the breakout Australian lighting brand for which LightForm is the exclusive Canadian agent.

LightForm has also appointed Teri Kukuda as director of sales for the U.S., a new role leading the company’s B2B growth across the United States, LightForm said. Kukuda, who spent 25 years in operations management at UPS, according to her LinkedIn account, will build a network of sales agents nationwide to represent LightForm’s brand portfolio to the American community.

With Kukuda’s appointment, LightForm is bringing four new and existing brands to the U.S. market for the first time: Nexia and Olev, both new additions to the LightForm portfolio, as well as DGA and Zavaluce.

In Quebec, LightForm said it has built a strong client base through its national showroom network and remote support. It recently hired its first team member based in Montreal, Lilianne Abdelnour, as territory manager, where she will work directly with Quebec’s architecture and design community to deepen relationships and grow the brand’s footprint in the province.

And last month, LightForm reintroduced its trade program, , for design, construction, and engineering professionals. The program offers trade discounts, project support, invitations to special events and a new email series created specifically for the architecture and design community.

“At LightForm, we have no interest in the uninteresting,” said LightForm founder Richard Assaly. “That belief shapes our curation process, from the brands we partner with to the pieces we place on our showroom floors. If it doesn’t inspire, challenge, or elevate a space, it doesn’t belong. Our new showroom, our trade program, and the exceptional talent joining our team are living proof of our commitment to bringing that experience to life.”
