Dezeen Showroom: furniture brand NaughtOne has introduced Pullman Modular, a scalable seating solution that provides seclusion for work away from a desk.
An evolution of the successful Pullman chair pod, the Pullman Modular seating system echoes the original’s high back, upright sit and calming to-the-floor textile but introduces an expandable design based on modules of different sizes.

The system is intended to function as a flexible space-dividing solution as much as office furniture, providing an alternative to fixed joinery or stud walls that can be reused and adapted to changing needs.
Two back height and wing depth options allow specifiers to tailor the level of seclusion for different work zones while creating visual consistency across large projects.

“Pullman Modular is furniture that behaves like architecture – defining, dividing and organising space without the need to build walls or erect screens,” said NaughtOne.
“It anchors community zones such as cafes and lounges, instantly shapes places into neighbourhoods and enclaves, and offers space for private moments like checking messages, dialling into a call or simply sipping a coffee.”
