TikToker Noah Beck Admits There’s “Pros and Cons” to Fame

Haley Beck is embroiled in a scandal.

The 27-year-old—whose brother is TikToker Noah Beck—has been recommended for termination from her teaching job in Arizona after internal investigators found that she had a sexual relationship with a student, the Peoria Unified School District told E! News in an April 8 statement.

While working as a psychology and sociology teacher at Centennial High School, Haley allegedly began grooming one of her students before he turned 18, per the school district’s statement of charges obtained by E! News.

School officials said the pair developed a “quid pro quo” relationship that initially raised concerns when she let him borrow her car keys in December 2024 to get his Christmas presents from her car, per the document. In the spring of 2025, Haley allegedly gave the student food and special treatment in class, including bumping his grades and doing his homework.

In addition to adding the student on Snapchat under the name “Sneaky Link,” she allegedly exchanged more than 4,000 texts with him over the summer of 2025, including messages about “oral sex, meeting up to have sex, drinking alcohol, smoking weed and about [the student] filming [Haley] providing him oral sex and showing it to other students,” according to the school’s statement of charges.

Haley—who allegedly called herself a “Sugar Momma” and him a “Sugar Baby”—sent him a total of $630 on Apple Pay, including one transaction allegedly captioned, “This money exchange just felt like straight prostitution,” per the document.

She is also accused of “retaliation” against the boy’s girlfriend, allegedly telling the girl that she “wouldn’t date him” if she was her.

“Since grooming did occur, any sexual conduct after the date of consent is unwelcome,” the Title IX Decision Maker wrote in the school document. “Within the teacher-student relationship, the behavior is also severe, pervasive and objectively offensive. In the text messages there were sexually-charged conversations and admission of sexual behaviors between students and teachers are ‘severe’ and ‘objectively offensive.'”

The superintendent thus recommended dismissal, and the governing board adopted a statement of charges to fire Haley on March 26. The school said in a statement to E! that the matter is currently pending before the State Board of Education.

Meanwhile, Haley’s lawyer Matthew Long denied she committed any crimes.

“Ms. Beck respects the criminal justice process and looks forward to the conclusion of the investigation, which will reveal she committed no crimes,” he told 12News. “Like any individual subject to investigation, Ms. Beck is entitled to due process. We are confident that a complete review of the facts will confirm her innocence.”

Though a Peoria Police Department spokesperson told E! News that initial concerns “did not meet the legal threshold required to establish reasonable suspicion of abuse,” they were notified once the concerns escalated to the required threshold and an investigation then took place.

Once the police concluded their investigation, the Peoria Unified School District said it conducted a “comprehensive internal investigation” as well.

“After a review of the investigator’s findings,” the district said in an April 8 statement to E! News, “the decision maker found that Ms. Beck groomed a student which resulted in her having a sexual relationship with that student and therefore recommended her termination.”

The district—which said it takes “all allegations of harm involving students very seriously”—added in the statement, “We encourage students, families, and staff to speak up about concerns so they can be quickly addressed. Our ongoing commitment is to be transparent, accountable, and to ensure every student feels safe and supported.”

Police have sent their findings to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office to “determine if criminal charges are supported,” according to the school.

E! News has been unable to find contact information for Haley to seek comment.
