Leading the cast is Inigo Pascual as Dr. Luke “Dong” Cruz, a gifted surgeon on the autism spectrum. This marks one of Inigo’s most significant dramatic roles, placing him at the heart of the highly anticipated local remake of the Korean series originally produced by KBS.

The teaser closes with a striking reveal of Inigo in the surgical room, offering audiences an early look at his nuanced portrayal of a young doctor navigating both extraordinary talent and personal challenges.

Narrated by Ryan Agoncillo, who plays Dr. Joma Fabella, the teaser sets the tone for the series’ exploration of empathy, difference, and brilliance. The ensemble cast also includes Jeffrey Tam, Pearl Gonzales, Tony Labrusca, Mylene Dizon, and Agoncillo himself, with Derick Cabrido directing.

The Good Doctor PH is slated to air exclusively on TV5 in 2026.
