Jessi Draper Returns to Social Media With Cryptic Taylor Swift Lyrics Amid Jordan Ngatikaura Divorce
Jessi Draper is enrolling in the tortured poets department.
Days after the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ husband Jordan Ngatikaura filed for divorce, Jessi returned to social media with a cryptic post, courtesy of Taylor Swift.
The 33-year-old posted a Spotify screenshot from Taylor’s song “Fresh Out the Slammer” to her Instagram Stories March 24, highlighting the lyrics, “But it’s gonna be alright / I did my time.” (Taylor’s 2024 breakup song seemingly compares the end of her six-year relationship with Joe Alwyn to the freedom of getting out of prison.)
But music isn’t the only way Jessi is healing amid the split. The reality star is also relying on friends, reposting a snapshot from pal Josie Van Dyke that featured a photo of Jessi on the phone in the backseat of a car with the caption, “My favorite animal is when Jessi finds out her ex filed for divorce through TMZ.”
Indeed, her estranged husband—with whom she shares children Jagger, 5, and Jovi, 3—Jordan filed for divorce after five years of marriage, according to Utah court records viewed by E! News March 19.
“This has not been an easy decision and it comes with a heavy heart,” Jordan told TMZ in a March 19 statement. “I’m grateful for the shared memories and the lessons. While our paths are now moving in different directions, my priority remains my children and ensuring they feel loved, supported, and protected through this transition.”

He added, “I am committed to handling this next chapter with kindness and respect. I kindly ask for privacy and understanding as we navigate this as a family.”
One day after filing, Jordan—also dad to 13-year-old daughter Peyton from a previous relationship—asked for a temporary restraining order (TRO), according to a court docket viewed by E! News. Jessi filed an opposition to the TRO that same day.
In a statement, her attorneys told E! News they were “ethically prohibited from discussing any pending litigation at this time.”
E! News also reached out to Jordan’s attorney at the time, but didn’t hear back.

Before news of the couple’s divorce, the pair underwent a 90-day separation that was sparked by her emotional affair with Vanderpump Villa’s Marciano Brunette. However, Jessi recently shared that going to couple’s therapy with Jordan “helped a lot.”
“It’s taught us both a lot about how we are as individuals,” she told People in an interview published March 13, “and how we are in a relationship.”
The JZ Styles Co founder emphasized that she and Jordan weren’t back to normal, adding, “It’s just kind of still a work in progress.”

Taylor Frankie Paul & Dakota Mortensen: Broken Up
While Taylor Frankie Paul‘s romance with Dakota Mortensen—with whom she welcomed their son Ever in 2024—bloomed on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, they called it quits due to Dakota’s infidelity.

Taylor was told by a woman named Jenna that she and Dakota had been intimate and he had “spent the night more than once.” (He has denied the claims, writing in a September 2024 TikTok that he “never cheated.”)
On the series, Taylor said that Dakota accused Jenna of instigating their affair.
“No, it was him,” she emphasized in the confessional. “He said he had just kissed her on the couch. No, he went on the couch, they hooked up on the couch, and then they went to the room and they hooked up.”

Since ending her romance with the Basin Tiling founder, the mom of three (she shares two kids with ex-husband Tate Paul) was set to find love once again on season 22 of The Bachelorette, but things got a bit thorny when news broke in March 2026 of an alleged confrontation between the exes weeks earlier.
A spokesperson for the Draper City Police Department confirmed to People that there was an open “domestic assault investigation,” telling the outlet “allegations have been made in both directions.”
Days later, a video of a previous 2023 physical altercation between Taylor and Dakota surfaced online, prompting ABC to cancel the MomToker’s season of the dating franchise.

Although Miranda is a newer addition to The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, joining in season two, she played a major role in the infamous MomTok “soft swinging scandal.” Despite the situation with Taylor, Miranda revealed that drama wasn’t the reason for her 2024 divorce from Chase.
“The reasons why we decided to split were things that were issues far before that,” she explained on the Weekly Trash podcast in August 2024. “That might not have helped, for sure, but it definitely did not play a part in the decision process.”
Nonetheless, she and Chase have been committed to parenting their kids Brooks and Cohen.
“With coparenting, you’re always having to work on it,” she reflected. “The thing is that if we got along perfectly all the time and it was just rainbows and butterflies, we probably wouldn’t have gotten divorced.”
“The thing with him and I,” she continued, “we’ve always had a pretty good foundation of a friendship prior to even having a romantic relationship. I feel like that’s something that set us up for some level of success when it comes to co-parenting.”
