Kim Kardashian Steps Out With Lewis Hamilton in Tokyo Amid Dating Rumors
Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton are giving fans something exciting to look at.
The Kardashians star was joined by the seven-time Formula 1 champion on a recent trip to Tokyo amid continued romance rumors surrounding the two, as seen in photos shared on social media March 22.
During the outing, Kim, 45, wore a long-sleeved gray dress with a thigh-high slit and black patterned boots as she wrapped her arm around Lewis, 41, who donned a brown jacket and baggy pants. The pair were joined by Kim’s sister Khloe Kardashian, who opted for a white collared shirt, blue jeans and sneakers.
And the mom of four—who shares kids North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, 8, and Psalm, 6, with ex-husband Kanye West—appeared to be in good spirits, flashing a smile as she turned towards Khloe, 41, in a fan video of the excursion.
Days earlier, Kim stepped out solo for Vanity Fair’s 2026 Oscars after-party in Los Angeles, but Lewis—who missed the awards due to a scheduling conflict—eventually managed to make his presence known, dropping a flirty heart-eyed emoji in the comments section of the reality star’s Instagram post highlighting the gold Gucci gown she wore to the event.
Speculation about Kim and Lewis’ relationship first arose in February after they were snapped catching a private flight together in Europe. They also appeared to ring in 2026 at the same New Year’s Eve party in Aspen weeks earlier, though they weren’t photographed together at the bash.

From there, the pair made their first public appearance at the 2026 Super Bowl, where they sat side-by-side as they chatted during the NFL game, per footage shared on social media.
As for Kim’s romantic outlook, the SKIMS founder—who was also married to Damon Thomas from 2000 to 2004 and Kris Humphries from 2011 to 2013—previously revealed that she wouldn’t rule out another walk down the aisle.
“I believe in love,” she said during a 2022 episode of The Kardashians. “That’s why hopefully there will be just one more wedding for me. Fourth time’s the charm!”
