Jason Bateman Details Awkward Sex Talk He Had With Daughter

“I did find myself getting to the portion of, um, when the release happens, right? Which is a necessary component,” he continued. “You don’t want to be saying the word ‘ejaculate’ to your daughter, right? That’s not a great term. There’s a lot of description with that that I didn’t want to get into.”

So, Jason took a different route and used a one-of-a-kind analogy. 

“I said, ‘When the male member is inside of the woman’s member, it’s so lovely, there is so much love,’” the Arrested Development alum recalled, admitting he was “starting to sweat” during his re-telling. “To avoid that term, I said, ‘The penis just screams and it’s the equivalent of the penis just yelling, “I love you!” And it yells the love into the woman and then you get you, baby.’”

Of course, Jason keeps his family life mostly out of the spotlight, so no word yet on if Maple is traumatized by the sex talk. However, the Juno star has previously spoken about how good of a job he believes he’s doing as a father.

“I guess you’d have to ask my kids what kind of a dad I am,” he said to The Daily Telegraph in 2014. “I think I’m a good one. We certainly have a lot of fun together.”
