“We are proposing the usage of $4.47 million in immediate county funding to better understand the correlation between the pollution and the health symptoms and to update infrastructure,” said Aguirre. “We’re talking about a public health emergency that has disrupted lives, hurting our small businesses and is impacting health of our children.”
