California schools push for increased investments in education

Eight urban school districts in California, including San Diego Unified, have sent a letter to Governor Gavin Newsom urging the state to invest in public schools and fully fund Proposition 98, as well as increase investments for Local Control Funding Formula, relief for immigration-related impacts, and investment in Special Education and Behavioral Supports.
