Kuroda to Head Japan Imperial Household Agency

Tokyo, Dec. 19 (Jiji Press)–Buichiro Kuroda, vice grand steward of Japan’s Imperial Household Agency, will be promoted to grand steward, effective on Wednesday, the government said Friday.
