Proof Prince Harry, Meghan Markle’s Daughter Is Growing Up Fast in New Pic
Blink and you’ll miss Princess Lilibet’s latest appearance.
The daughter of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle proved she’s growing up fast as the Duchess of Sussex shared a rare glimpse of the energetic 4-year-old on social media.
In a clip shared on Meghan’s Instagram page Oct. 11, Lilibet excitedly ran barefoot across a lush green lawn while wearing an earth-toned long-sleeve shirt and matching pants, with her long red locks tied in a ponytail.
Meghan also shared an adorable photo of herself and her little girl holding hands with their backs turned to the camera as they stood over a pond. The 43-year-old, who wore a relaxed-fitting beige collared shirt and white pants, flashed a grin as she looked down at Lili, who donned an all-pink ensemble consisting of a T-shirt, pants and purse.
Alongside the sweet images, the With Love, Meghan star offered an encouraging message in honor of International Day of the Girl.
“To all the girls—this world is yours,” she wrote. “Do everything you can to protect your rights, use your voice, support each other. We will do the same for you. It’s your right and our responsibility.”
Days earlier, Meghan—who also shares son Prince Archie, 6, with Harry—discussed her approach to sharing family moments online during an appearance alongside her husband in New York City.
“Our children, Archie and Lili, are just 6 and 4 years old,” she said while accepting the Humanitarians of the Year award at Project Healthy Minds’ 2025 World Mental Health Day Gala Oct. 9. “Can you believe it? Luckily, still too young for social media.”
But the former actress acknowledged that the day when Archie and Lili will have more access to modern tech is not too far away.
“And like so many parents, we think constantly about how to embrace technology’s benefits while safeguarding against its dangers,” she continued. “And that hopeful intention of separation is rapidly becoming impossible.”
Nonetheless, Harry, 41, shared an optimistic outlook for parents anxious about their children’s digital footprint.
“This is a pivotal moment in our collective mission to protect children and support families in the digital age,” he noted, “and we cannot do it without you.”
