SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — The Cygnet Theatre production of “Goldman’s and Sondheim’s Follies” is continuing through Oct. 19, 2025. The show is the first at the facilities new location at Liberty Station.

The story ironically is set in a crumbling theatre where former showgirls reunite one last time. While that gives the actors a challenge, it’s one that they are enjoying being a part of.

“To be a part of making a new theatre is so lovely,” said Johnisa Breault, who plays young Carlotta in the play.

The show has been fun for the actors and audiences alike.

“The audience response has been tremendous,” said actor Ralph Johnson.

Tickets can be purchased for the show at cygnettheatre.org.
