A factory worker’s life took a remarkable turn by winning the jackpot round of “It’s Showtime’s” popular game segment ‘Laro Laro Pick,’ bringing home the coveted ₱650,000 jackpot prize.

Khen, a factory worker who took part in the segment today (Sept. 22), showcased confidence when he answered the final jackpot question regarding the full name of the current Senate President Pro Tempore of the country. Without hesitation, he answered, “Ping Lacson.”

He thanked the program and the hosts for giving him the chance to join. 

“Maraming salamat po sa Showtime, sa lahat ng bumubuo. Maraming-maraming salamat po makakauwi na ko sa amin,” he said. 

Before the jackpot round, he shared that the jackpot prize would help him rebuild his family and pay off his debt. 

The win highlights “It’s Showtime’s” mission to bring not only entertainment but also to help the madlang people in every way they can.
