SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A person was stabbed Thursday inside a restaurant in Mission Beach, authorities said.

The incident occurred around 2:21 p.m. at Moe’s in the 3000 block of Mission Boulevard, the San Diego Police Department confirmed to FOX 5/KUSI.

Police say a man entered the restaurant and stabbed someone.

The victim was taken to a hospital with injuries that are not expected to be life threatening, while another person, a non-stabbing victim, may have been injured and transported, according to authorities.

The suspect is in custody.
