Ciara Miller’s Top Target Fall Picks + Her Fave $11 Setting Spray

Fresh from New York Fashion Week, Ciara Miller told E! there was one thing that kept her makeup looking flawless through busy days of shows and events, and that thing is an $11 setting spray.

“If I forget a setting spray I’m not the same person,” she joked. Luckily, Ciara keeps her holy grail pick on her at all times— and shared with E! that it’s the L’Oreal Paris Infallible setting spray.

“It’s the best setting spray, especially for fashion week. That setting spray got me through. I got the small version I can put in my bag,” she admits. “It definitely seals in everything and keeps me matte and prevents me from getting too oily as well.”

Of course, Ciara didn’t just spill her beauty secrets— which includes a hair waver recommended to her by Summer House co-star Amanda Batula— she also told us how to create the ultimate fall outfit.

“I’m on the hunt for a big slouchy bag. Something that doesn’t have too much shape, that you can mold it into whatever you need it to be,” Ciara said.

What accessory does Ciara currently have on her rotation? A pair of timeless hoop earrings. These chunky ones are a chic and modern choice.

“I’m really into the barrel flare right now. I like to size up and wear them kind of low rise,” advised Ciara. “Target has great options.”
