SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A woman was arrested Thursday on suspicion of mailing a drug-laced letter to a San Diego County jail, authorities said.

On Aug. 21, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Mail Processing Center intercepted the narcotic-laced letter through the U.S. mail intended for an incarcerated person housed at a San Diego County Sheriff’s Detention Facility

Then on Thursday, authorities served a search warrant at the suspect’s home in Orange County’s Fullerton where she was arrested.
