Heather Rae El Moussa Weighs In on Christina Haack Getting Married Again

Christina Haack and Josh Hall have hammered out their divorce.

Over a year after they filed to end their two-year marriage, a judge signed off paperwork finalizing their divorce Aug. 26, revealing the financial details of the Flip Off star’s separation.

Christina and Josh both waived their right to spousal support, according to docs obtained by E! News. The 42-year-old paid her ex an equalization payment of $300,000 on May 6, which were from the proceeds of the sale of their Nashville property.

Christina also paid $40,000 for Josh’s attorney fees, with the doc noting each party “shall be solely responsible” for any fees going forward.

The judgement also included a previous unallocated sum payment of $100,000 that Christina made to the 44-year-old in September 2024.

Both Christina and Josh were awarded separate properties, with Christina keeping the couple’s former homes in Newport  Beach, Calif. and Franklin, Tenn., while Josh kept his property in Thompson’s Station, Tenn.

Josh also kept several vehicles, including a 2021 Bentley, a 1970 Chevelle and a 1982 DeLorean, while Christina received two 2021 Yukons, as well as four quads, which the judgements notes were gifts for her children: Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9, who she shares with ex Tarek  El Moussa, and son Hudson, 5, with ex-husband Ant Anstead

She also retained any business interests or LLCs created or acquired since the date of separation.

E! News has reached out to reps for both Christina and Josh but has not heard back yet.

The pair shared in May that they had reached an agreement about how to divide their property, officially filing their proposal with the court to finalize the split. At the time, Christina—who is currently in a relationship with Christopher Larocca—confessed that she was less than pleased with the outcome.

“I heard a saying once, like, if you both think you’re screwed, then whatever you want,” she shared on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live in June. “I don’t know how it goes. Look, it’s not great, but I guess it’s done.”
