iHeartRadio Music Awards 2026: Complete Winners List

Walking into the event as a winner already is Miley Cyrus, the recipient of one of the ceremony’s most coveted honors, the Innovator Award, for her impact on music and pop culture. 

And it’s an especially exciting honor since the “Flowers” singer is also celebrating the 20th anniversary of Hannah Montana with an anniversary special.

“Hannah Montana will always be a part of who I am,” Miley reflected in a February statement to Rolling Stone. “What started as a TV show became a shared experience that shaped my life and the lives of so many fans, and I’ll always be thankful for that connection.”

“The fact that it still means so much to people all these years later is something I’m very proud of,” she continued. “This ‘Hannahversary’ is my way of celebrating and thanking the fans who’ve stood by me for 20 years.”
