Summer House’s Kyle Cooke Addresses Cheating Rumors Amid Amanda Batula Breakup
Summers have officially stopped being fun for Kyle Cooke.
The Summer House star’s marital problems with estranged wife Amanda Batula hit a breaking point during the Bravo reality series’ March 24 episode.
After a night of drinking, Kyle—who announced his separation from his wife of four years in January—took offense to Amanda giving him what he perceived to be the cold shoulder.
“Amanda laughing and having a blast with Jesse [Solomon] and West [Wilson] and Ben [Waddell] and I’m just literally all by myself,” the Loverboy founder reflected in a confessional. “They kind of ditched me. And right now, I don’t know how else to explain just how isolated and alone I feel by my wife.”
An inebriated Kyle then made a jab to Amanda’s face by calling her not supportive before dropping the F-bomb under his breath, causing Ciara Miller to come to her BFF’s defense.
“You can’t just say ‘f–k you’ to your wife,” Ciara reasoned, while Amanda downplayed the tense interaction by reacting with, “I don’t want this to be a thing.”
And because the cast was celebrating Kyle’s birthday the very next day, Amanda didn’t want the drama to escalate further.
“Literally what is the point of talking about this?” the 34-year-old questioned in a confessional. “It’s only gonna make things worse, he’s not gonna take accountability, he’s not gonna apologize for what he did. I know that it’s wrong the way he speaks to me. Like, I’m fully aware of it. I’m not okay with it, I just know that having a conversation about it isn’t going to go anywhere.”
But the fight didn’t end there.
While Ben was trying to reason with Kyle about his outburst, West comforted a distraught Amanda by telling her, “That’s the first time I’ve ever seen something where 100 percent unprovoked…that was so rude.”

“That’s tame,” she stated. “That’s like a calm version of Kyle. It’s a lot. I know I’m not perfect, but I’ve been dealing with this for over 10 years. Isn’t that crazy? Like, there’s a part of me that’s like, ‘This is the best I’m ever going to do.'”
While Amanda cried over her relationship heading for splitsville, Kyle continued to insist Amanda was the one who slighted him, telling West, “She gave me the ‘f–k you’ eyes.”
He and Amanda then hashed it out to no resolve, with the 43-year-old eventually saying to Amanda, “You’re a f–king dumbass bitch.”
With that, Amanda removed herself from the situation and quipped sarcastically, “Yes, I’m a dumbass bitch, Kyle.”
As Amanda went to bed crying and alone, Kyle addressed his shocking outbursts in a much more sober confessional.
“There’s no excuse to drop the F-bomb and say ‘f–k you’ to your wife,” he admitted, “but I’m only human. I can only go so long getting the cold shoulder, getting the small but steady jabs. I used to think it was all in my own head until I’ve watched some of these summers back.”
See the former couple’s emotional road to their breakup continue to play out when Summer House airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on Bravo.

Jaime—who shares kids James and Leo with ex Kyle Newman—further shut down any suggestion of infidelity as a cause for the breakup, adding, “Any recent interactions being referenced publicly were strictly professional business meetings and have no connection to this private matter.”
