Distinguished resource speakers provided insights into key aspects of the Order’s mission and governance.

Sir Felino Paras, KGCR, discussed the role of elders, counterpart organizations, and the chain of command within the Order.

Sir Antonio Guansing, KGCR, delivered a presentation on the awards and medals system of the organization.

Sir Rodolfo Nollas, KGCR, spoke on the vision and mission of the Knights of Rizal.

Sir Albert Arevalo, KGCR, presented on the organization’s core purpose and objectives.

Sir Alfonso Taguiang, KGCR, continued the discussion on the Order’s broader objectives and programs.
The ceremonial oath-taking was presided over by Europe Regional Commander Sir Juanito Villa, KGOR, with the assistance of Deputy Regional Commander Sir Generoso Rebong, KGOR. The oath of office for newly appointed regional officers was administered by Sir Jaime V. Ledda, KGOR, Ambassador and senior member of the Order.
The program featured ceremonial traditions of the Order, including the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, the Rizalian Pledge, and the Knights of Rizal Hymn. Newly appointed deputy regional commanders, area commanders, and special assistants serving various jurisdictions across Europe formally took their oath of office during the ceremony.

The ceremony concluded with the fraternal sign led by the Regional Commander, followed by the singing of Pilipinas Kong Mahal, a commemorative photo session, and a fraternal dinner at 7:00 PM that celebrated unity and camaraderie among members.
Through continued regional collaboration and leadership engagement, the Knights of Rizal Europe Region reaffirmed its commitment to promoting nationalism, civic virtue, and humanitarian service inspired by the teachings and legacy of Dr. José Rizal among Filipinos and friends of the Philippines across Europe.
