Adam Devine’s travel essentials tend to get noticed, whether he’s rolling through the airport with standout luggage or checking into a hotel.
As he heads to San Francisco for the big sports weekend, the actor and comedian is packing his tried-and-true must-haves — and leaning into the fun.
In addition to teaming up with Marriott Bonvoy, Devine channeled his inner Pitch Perfect energy during a surprise musical moment alongside NFL stars at the iconic Ferry Building, where the group capped things off by crowning the Big Game Sleepover Suite winner live in front of fans.
As for game day itself, Devine is keeping it easy. “I don’t have a dog in the fight, so I’m going to wear blue. Wherever the wind blows, my team is winning,” he shared.
But there are a few things he’s certain about: Marriott is “the top of the heap” when it comes to hotels, and comfort on the go is non-negotiable. He shared his travel must-haves with E! below.
When you travel for big events like this, what are a few things you always pack no matter what?
“Underwear — almost always. Pants too. Those are key elements to bring,” he joked. “My wife is a better packer than me, so she remembers all that stuff without even thinking, including practical things like umbrellas in case it rains.”
The Pitch Perfect star told us that he’s “a Tumi guy through and through,” but this trip packed his essentials in a Rimowa rolling bag. “I love my Rimowa aluminum case,” he shared. “It looks great on the tarmac when the light hits the silver and reflects off it. Everyone notices it. The Rimowa is a huge hit.”
CALPAK Ambeur Carry-On Luggage in Silver
Love the look of Rimowa suitcases but not the price? CALPAK makes an eye-catching dupe (for a fraction of the cost!) in a similar silver shade that will turn heads.
Is there anything that you travel with that people might be surprised by?
“My wife packed me a little travel scissors to cut off bracelets from parties. You go to all these events and they give you bracelets, and then you’re stuck wearing them for three days like you’re at Coachella. I’m too old for that, so I cut them off and look fresh the next day,” he said.
Folding Scissors, TSA Compliant and Portable
These TSA-compliant folding scissors are great for taking off wristbands, removing loose threads, opening snacks, and so much more.
The This Is Important podcast host also shared a surprising hotel must-have that you’re going to want to add to cart before your next vacation.
“I have a white noise sound machine. I know it makes me sound old, but it’s incredible. It drowns out neighbors arguing at 2 a.m. or people who leave the TV on all night. You turn it on and everything disappears.” He told E! he uses an Amazon sound machine on the road and a Hatch sunrise alarm clock at home.
Dreamegg Portable Noise Machine
This sound machine boasts 21 sound options, customized timers, and memory functions. Plus, it’s just $20 and east to throw in your carry-on!
Adam’s in his recovery era, and shared that he’s been loving a Hyperice wellness tool so much, he temporarily had to stop using it.
“I stopped using it because it became almost a crutch, but I love the Hyperice Venom 2 heated vibrating back brace. If your back is hurting, you strap it on and it melts the pain away, even though the name doesn’t sound relaxing,” he said.
PURSONIC Red Light Therapy Back Wrap
This recovery wrap combines dual red light therapy with soothing heat to relax muscles, reduce discomfort, and restore mobility.
Hyperice Venom 2 Back Wrap
Ready to try the item Adam couldn’t put down? The Venom 2 Back Wrap heats up six times faster than a standard heating pad providing instant, soothing relief to sore muscles.
We asked the celeb for his best travel tip, and he had this to say: “Don’t pack drunk. You’ll forget things. Pack a few days early and start the process. Leave your suitcase open, add things as you remember them, and you’ll thank yourself later.”
