Ice-T and Coco Austin explained where he first got the “jungle sex” tip to a happy marriage in an exclusive E! News interview at Heidi Klum’s Halloween Party Oct. 31.
Ice-T and Coco Austin Reveal the Inspiration Behind That “Jungle Sex” Confession
Ice-T is standing by his secret to a happy marriage.
More than one year after revealing “jungle sex” is what has kept his and Coco Austin’s bond so strong during their 23-year marriage, he reaffirmed the meaning behind the spicy piece of advice—and revealed exactly where he got it from.
“I actually heard a 86-year-old man say that and I stole it,” Ice-T revealed to E! News at Heidi Klum’s Halloween Party at the Hard Rock Hotel in New York City Oct. 31. “I said, ‘That’s kind of what it is.’ I think you just got to stay in love. How simple is that?”
For Coco, who dressed as Chucky opposite the Law and Order: SVU star’s Squid Games-meets-serial killer ensemble for the spooky night out, the tried-and-true secrets to marriage are there for a reason.
“Gotta listen to each other, and I know you’ve heard it before: You do have to conversate,” she emphasized. “You do have to have conversations over and over and over again. You can’t get used to each other.”
Plus, when it comes down to it, Coco, who shares daughter Chanel, 9, with Ice-T, admitted, “We’re the exact same person. If I were to be a boy, I would be him.”

And Ice, as he put it “would be a little white girl with big boobs.”
But while Ice and Coco have never shied away from eyebrow-raising quips about their life together—including how often they get intimate—it’s further proof that the duo tries to always be on the same page.
After all, jokes aside, the rapper stressed, “At the end of the day, we just dig each other. It ain’t gonna work no other way trust me,” to which Coco echoed, “We’re the best of friends.”
