Liberty Station is hosting a family-friendly Halloween featuring an iconic Hollywood car(s) this Sunday. Rachel Frank (and Herbie) joined “Good Morning San Diego” Wednesday to promote this kids-friendly gathering that also serves a joint fundraiser with Uniting to Combat Hunger Food Drive.
