Kim Kardashian Details Shocking Face Mask Look at Academy Museum Gala 2025
It’s fair to say Kim Kardashian knows how to celebrate.
Indeed, the reality star showed up in style for her 45th birthday on Oct. 21 in Paris. After spending the evening on the carpet for the Disney+ premiere of her upcoming Hulu drama, All’s Fair, she quickly transitioned from work to play for a post-premiere birthday celebration with castmates Glenn Close, Sarah Paulson, Naomi Watts, Teyana Taylor and Niecy Nash-Betts, as well as her mom Kris Jenner.
As the cast and crew surrounded her in the room lit in pink and purple hues, Kim blew out large sparklers atop a birthday cake in the form of a towering pyramid of French macarons.
The SKIMS founder smiled during the joyful occasion, even accepting a rose to complement her designer look—a cool blue off-the-shoulder satin mermaid gown by Christian Dior from the Spring/Summer 2000 collection paired with a slicked-back hairstyle.
Following the special moment, Kim headed back to her hotel to change into a metallic gold and white minidress for a night out at Crazy Horse cabaret.
Kim is entering her next trip around the sun with a new accomplishment under her belt: finishing her first starring role in a scripted TV series with All’s Fair, out Nov. 4. And in the process, she’s learned a lot from the costars she got to celebrate with on her big day.

“I love these women,” she told E! News on Oct. 17. “I learned a lot from them showing up and coming on set every single day and just seeing them work and seeing what they do. They are the best at what they do. That was the best lesson I could have learned.”

And her costars have shared that they’ve loved working with Kim as much as she’s enjoyed working with them.
“I was so impressed by Kim,” Glenn, 78, told E! in May. “I say that absolutely sincerely.”
She continued, “She’s a very sweet woman, she does her homework, she has great people around her, which says a lot.”
Plus, they noted that when Kim’s around, she helps to lighten the serious themes of the show with laughs.
“She had me giggling a lot,” Sarah told E! in August. “She doesn’t take herself seriously. She’s great, I had a great time with her.”
