ABS-CBN Music marks a major milestone online as its YouTube channel hits 10 million subscribers, cementing its place as the most subscribed record label channel in the Philippines.
The ABS-CBN Star Music YouTube channel went live on March 30, 2009. Ice Seguerra’s “Para Lang Sa’yo” and Vhong Navarro’s “Ayos Na Ang Buto-Buto” were the first videos that premiered on the platform.
Through the last 16 years, the channel has been the go-to channel to find top music content from ABS-CBN teleseryes, performance videos, music and lyric videos.
Among its most viewed content are the music video of Yeng Constantino’s “Ikaw” (153M) and other videos from Inigo Pascual, Vina Morales, Denise Laurel, KZ Tandingan, Michael Pangilinan, BINI, Moira Dela Torre, Jona, Gigi De Lana, Klarisse De Guzman, Gloc9 and Erik Santos.
Other exclusive content available on the channel are “Karaokeyyy,” featuring ABS-CBN Music artists singing the latest OPM hits; “Off The Record,” a behind-the-scenes series with a unique twist; and “The Playroom,” showcasing live performances of Kapamilya talents with their original songs and covers.
