Starring Single’s Inferno star Jang Theo and Maeg Medina of the PPop group YGIG, the video featured the actress singing a Korean lullaby called “Island Baby” (Seomjib Aegi) which received good reactions from the viewers.
Jang Theo plays the role of ‘Woojin’, a forgotten Kpop star in the industry who went to the Philippines and crossed paths with Maeg’s character, ‘Gabby’ in search of Santos, a Korean war veteran. The two form a new meaning of companionship as they proceed in a journey shaped by culture, language, promises, and music.
This multicultural project aims to honor the 76th anniversary of diplomatic relations between South Korea and the Philippines and the 75th anniversary of the Philippine military’s participation in the Korean War.
Finding Santos is set to be released in the Philippines on November 19.
