Poland briefly deploys planes in airspace due to threat of drone strikes in nearby parts of Ukraine thumbnail

Polish and allied aircraft were deployed in a “preventive” operation in Poland’s airspace Saturday because of a threat of drone strikes in neighbouring areas of Ukraine. An alert was issued, which lasted around two hours before being cancelled.
