Travis Kelce Shares Proposal Advice After Taylor Swift Engagement
Travis Kelce‘s football skills aren’t his only talent.
At a recent Kansas City Chiefs press conference ahead of their first regular season game in Brazil Sept. 5, Travis showed off his impression of Patrick Mahomes, imitating the quarterback’s voice as they sat next to each other speaking to journalists.
“Ah, man, it was crazy,” Travis said in Patrick’s signature rasp Sept. 4, continuing, “It was a lot of fun seeing all the fans there.”
Patrick took it in stride, telling Travis to “chill out” while laughing along with the others at the impression, before Travis quipped, “He had that one coming for telling everybody I didn’t know where Brazil was on the map.”
As Travis and Patrick shared yet another funny friendship moment, their ladies Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes also spent some quality time together in Nashville for Brittany’s 30th birthday.
While Taylor didn’t seem to be present for the full weekend, she spent a night out with the KC Current co-owner and friends, sipping martinis as she and Brittany wore coordinating black outfits. Brittany shared the rare peek into their friendship on her Instagram among several other photos of the weekend, simply captioning the Sept. 2 post, “THIRTY.”
Days earlier, the couples also spent a night together for a double date to Arrowhead Stadium cheering on Travis and Jason Kelce‘s alma mater the University of Cincinnati as the Bearcats played the Nebraska Huskers in a collegiate football game.
It was the first outing for Taylor and Travis as an engaged couple, and the tight end shared that he’s been thrilled to call the Grammy winner his fiancée.
“It was my first time introducing Taylor as my fiancée to a few of my teammates,” Travis said of attending the Bearcats game on the Sept. 3 episode of his New Heights podcast. “So yeah, it was pretty cool…I still get giddy, it’s exciting times.”
