Marc Nelson and Christi McGarry are up for an adventure in not just one but three major stops in Australia—Sydney, Gold Coast, and Brisbane— in Metro Channel’s travel show, “Beached.”

The hosts will explore the popular Sydney Harbour, go on a wildlife retreat at Taronga Zoo, check out Midden by Mark Olive and Me-Gal restaurants, and visit Bondi Beach in the first episode of “Beached: Australia” featuring Sydney, premiering this Saturday (July 19) at 7pm.    Marc describes his Sydney Harbour Bridge climb experience as a walk through history.

He says, “It’s one thing to look at the Sydney Harbour Bridge… it’s another thing entirely to stand on top of it. This isn’t just a thrill ride. It’s a walk through history—an encounter with engineering, resilience, and perspective.”Meanwhile, Christi considers the coastal side of Sydney, particularly Bondi Beach, uplifting. “Few places capture the soul of a city like Bondi. It’s not just a beach—it’s a way of life,” she shares. In the succeeding “Beached” episode airing on July 26, the two will showcase their adventure in Gold Coast, which Marc describes as a place “built for thrill seekers.” Among their activities at this stop are jet ski safari, surfing, paddle session, and more.

The third episode, which airs on August 2, will be a tour of Brisbane. The hosts will go karting, swim in a lagoon, check out a popular breakfast stop, and try many other wonderful activities in the city.

Don’t miss the three-episode special of “Beached,” premiering on Metro Channel on July 19, July 26, and August 2, 7pm. The show has replays on Mondays at 8pm; Tuesdays at 9:30pm; Wednesdays at 6pm, and 10pm; Thursdays at 7:30pm; and Fridays at 4pm.
